The conversation at the other job opportunity this morning conceptually went well, but really, it's just not enough to make me leave my current place. I've got a good job with a boss who is smokin' hot, she approves almost everything I ask for if I have good logic behind it, she gives me weekends off, and doesn't really mind if I'm late.
In addition, the reasons that I left that company 7 years ago still exist, and he discussed salary as "do-able." Not "I can make it worth it" or anything such.
I really would like to "return home" there - it's where I cut my teeth in the biz and there are some good people there. But I just don't think this is the right time.
