The photo of the guy in a wife beater was just too funny to me - some bank is sponsoring an ice skating rink and there's a big freezing contraption to keep the ice cold, but it's warm enough to wear a wife beater t shirt.

Winter Wonderland Weekend

Mayori

Lunch at Mayori to celebrate John's birthday. I loved it. Indian, buffet. The roasted potatoes were super-delish. Loved the fried onion, and enjoyed the soupy chicken on top of rice. The apples sliced into slivers in a mango sauce were fun, and so were the things I thought were beets or beet-ish, but turned out to be bread like donut holes soaked in a deep red cinnamon sauce. Of course the company and friendship were great too!

The photo of a fountain in the rental Palm Court. I tried to get a photo of the whole fountain but it did not come out. I just thought it was oddly pretty.
